Pricing?
All prices list in sungeiway.com are listed in Ringgit Malaysia and only valid within  Malaysia. 

If you are from other region or other country, please email to us with a product name  that you are interest in and we will add an additional transportation fees respectively and return an email to you. Or please click to our "Buy and Pay" section for detail.
 
 
 
If I need any serviced, whom do I contact?
We will support you online 24 hours-a-day, 365 days a year. Please email to support@sungeiway.com an indicated what you want.
 
 
How do I know when my product ship?
When you order a  product from us, we will sending  you an e-mail within 24 hours confirming your order which includes an order number. 
When your order is shipped you are sent another e-mail with a Courier Service tracking number. 
 
 
For an international orders, how about the custom duties(import tax) and taxes?
Custom duties(import tax) and taxes are not included in our product price.
Please check with your country's custom house.You are responsible for any tariffs, duties, or Value Added Tax (VAT) collected by your country's custom house . 
 
 
What are the shipping costs?
Free delivery for any products within Malaysia. For other region, we will charging you an additional shipping costs respectively especially for an international order.
 
 
What are your payment options? 
We recommend you to pay us by credit card. We accept Visa & Master Credit Card.

You can buy any products  and pay via International Money Order or direct TT(Telex Transfer) to our bank account too.Pleaseclick here for more information.

We do accept cheque for local and internatinal order..Goods will only be sending out after the clearance of your cheque. If you are not in "hurry", this should be a ideal payment method. Please take into account for a lead time if you pay via cheque, you need 1-2 day to post and reach us, it may take at least 2 business day for clearance (2 days for cheque within Selangor and Wilayah, some area may need 8 or more days).

Cash On Delivery only valid within Klang Valley (Malaysia) .

For an international order, we prefer you pay us by T.T (telex transfer). Or you may pay us by credit card. Please email to sungeiway@sungeiway.com for detail info. Please let us know which item and country you from.

When you can deliver to me?
Depending on the availability of stock. Normally it take maximum 4 business days to deliver to you.
For Sony & HP storage products, it will need 1 or 2 weeks time to deliver. However, it will depend on the stock availability.
 
Hardware Considerations?
Powering up your system is trouble-free in all countries that use either 100-120 volts or 220-240 volts and 50/60Hz. The power supply on your hardware (products you buy from sungeiway.com) may be manually switched to the voltage of your country. Failure to set your power supply to the correct local voltage could seriously damage your hardware, and such damage is not covered under sungeiway.com's limited warranties.
You may need to buy suitable power cables and/or plug adapters locally.
 
How long does it take to expect an answer from Technical Support Team ?
Questions to Technical Support Team will be answered within Next Business Day.
 
Do you deal with CPU, motherboard, DRAM Chip, memory chip?
Yes, we do deal with CPU, motherboard, DRAM Chip, memory chip for order 50 units per item or above. For this moment, we do not sale direct to end user for this range of products. Please click to "About Us" for detail. 
 
 
If i do like to become one of your dealer, what i should do?

Please noted, sungeiway.com defined "dealer" as those customer who would like to purcahse for 50 units per item or above.

Yes, corporate client are welcome. You may pay by local cheque. Goods will only be sending out after clearance of your cheque. Quotation and invoice will send to you if you request.
